1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom (mainland only).
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international destinations at this time due to the perishable nature of our products.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon (Monday–Thursday) may be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Thursday or during the weekend are processed on Monday to prevent thawing during courier transit.

3. Delivery Timeframes
We use next-day delivery services (e.g. DPD, Evri, or APC Overnight) to ensure products arrive frozen and in optimal condition.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your order size and delivery location.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
5. Packaging and Frozen Handling
All frozen dough balls and pizzas are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain the required temperature during delivery.
Your order should arrive frozen or chilled.
Please place all items in your freezer immediately upon delivery to preserve quality and safety.
We are not responsible for products that have thawed or spoiled due to:

Missed or delayed deliveries due to the recipient not being available

6. Delivery Attempts and Missed Deliveries
Our couriers will notify you by email or SMS with your delivery slot and tracking information.
If you are not home at the time of delivery:

The courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, where possible.

Because our products are perishable, they cannot be redelivered on another day.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address provided.
